Workspace and Agent Setup

Dukon is organized as:

• Workspace -> organization-level access, members, and usage
• Agent -> model behavior, knowledge sources, widget deployment

Workspace Setup

For a new account:

1. Complete the setup wizard with company name and website.
2. Dukon creates your first workspace and seed agent.
3. A starter crawl is queued for your initial website source.

For existing accounts:

1. Open /<workspace>/setup
2. Add a new agent to an existing workspace.
3. Choose website scope (full site, nested path, or single page).

Agent Defaults Created at Setup

New agents are initialized with:

• Model: gpt-4o-mini
• Temperature: 70 (UI scale, 0-100)
• Welcome message: Hi! I'm <Agent Name>. How can I help?

Access and Roles

Use workspace member settings to control access.

• Admin-level actions are required for mutating critical resources (for example: webhooks, widget keys, AI actions).
• Member-level access can view and operate non-admin workflows.

Recommended Naming Conventions

• Workspace: company or business unit name
• Agent: role-specific name, such as Support Agent, Sales Concierge, or Onboarding Guide

This keeps analytics and ownership clear as more agents are added.
