Use Appearance to match widget visuals to your brand.

Configurable Fields

• Assistant name
• Welcome message
• Primary color
• Avatar color or avatar URL
• Widget position (bottom-left or bottom-right)

Preview Workflow

The appearance page includes a live preview. Validate:

• Header contrast and legibility
• Message bubble contrast
• Launcher icon visibility
• Mobile viewport behavior

Reset and Save

• Reset to default restores default visuals
• Save changes applies appearance config for live widget config responses
