What happens if I reach the message limit?
Nothing breaks. Once an agent hits its monthly message allowance, new visitor questions get a polite note that the assistant has reached its monthly usage limit and to try again later or contact you, until the next calendar month resets the count. You can add a Conversation Boost or move up a plan at any time to lift the ceiling.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever your usage changes. A change takes effect from your next billing cycle, and your agents, content, and conversation history stay exactly where they are.
What counts as a conversation, and what counts as a message?
A conversation is one visitor thread with your agent, however long it runs. A message is a single answer your agent sends inside that thread. Plans list both so you can size by whichever matters more to you.
